DELIVERY SERVICE

The following Terms and Conditions relate to all our customers registering and shopping online. If you are an existing customer, please sign in to view the Terms & Conditions that relate to your own account.

Standard delivery

Provided the items you order from us are in stock, we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days. Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer may take a week to come into the warehouse, if this is the case please bear with use. We aim to get the item to you by 14 working days.

Delivery Charges

We reserve the right to charge up to £9.99 to cover the cost of delivery and packing on each order you place within the UK.

We reserve the right to charge up to £19.99 to cover the cost of delivery and packing on each order you place Worldwide, However as a experienced distributor our customers normally order from Europe, America and Australia. However we do not take responsibility for customs and excise Vat which may be charged. .

Delivery Supplement

It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items.

Next Day Delivery Option

We offer a Next Day Delivery service* which costs just £3.99 in addition to your standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.

Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Orders that are taken after 6:00 PM PM and over the weekend will be delivered 1/2 day later.

How quickly will my Next Day delivery arrive?

We've included a table above to let you know the anticipated delivery day. While we'll do everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made later than the day listed above.

Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered by the Tuesday after. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times.

*This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to availability. This service is not available on orders made by post.

Alternatives

If you order an item and it isn't in stock, we may send you your second choice item, or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price.

Delivery to a different address

We always send your first order to your home address, but if you ever need us to, we're happy to send any of your subsequent orders to a different address. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please call Customer Services on 0116 233 9633 or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email.

Received orders

Any orders that you place will appear on your next statement unless we've advised you otherwise. If you haven't received an item that appears on your statement, please query it with us as soon as possible. We'll assume that all the items have been successfully delivered unless we hear from you within 14days UK or 28 Days WORLDWIDE of the original order date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The following Terms and Conditions relate only to new customers registering online. If you are an existing customer, please sign in to view the Terms & Conditions. We accept payment via Paypal or payment over the telephone as we aim to be online based but we will still offer payments for our customers over the phone. We may take some of your personal details to process the order.

Payment with order is required in all cases. You can use your Maestro, Delta or Credit Card to pay for your order.

RETURNS

If for any reason you want to send back something you've bought from us, you can make use of our simple returns service; simply return it in as new condition within 14­days of receipt, or in accordance with your statutory rights.

Every delivery we send out includes an Advice Note which lists its contents. Please select a reason for return from the back of the advice note, and enter it next to the item you wish to return. It's essential that you return this Advice Note with your returns parcel, as this information will help us to improve our quality control when we examine the returned goods, as well as ensure a swift refund. If you don't have your Advice Note, simply write on a piece of paper the item number, your reason for returning and your name, address and customer number and make sure you enclose it with the goods. Supply us with your email address and we will notify you when your goods have been returned to us.

Returns via the Post Office

If you choose not to return your parcel via post office, please use the original packaging, tape the returns label over your own name and address and ensure your parcel is sealed. If you do not have a returns label, contact us via our website or call our Enquiry Line.

It is essential that you obtain a proof of posting* from the Post Office.

* Without either a receipt from the courier, or a proof of posting from the Post Office, we won't be able to credit your personal account if your returned parcel goes missing, so please keep it in a safe place. Your receipt / proof of posting will contain a unique reference number that you should quote if you have a query.

Please keep this until your statement shows that your return has been credited.

Returns on Product Promotions

Any return of items bought through a special promotional offer (e.g. 2 for 1 or Buy One Get one half price), has to include all items bought within that deal. If not, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund and you may be charged the full price for any item that you keep.

Defective Goods

If anything you order from us fails prematurely due to either defective workmanship or materials we will provide you with an appropriate remedy, which may be repair, replacement or full or partial refund. This should not upheld your statutory rights.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

You have the right to cancel your order for any item apart from items made to your specifications or clearly personalised items which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable. Further details of this right, which may be exercised up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after the day of delivery, will accompany the delivery. If you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (or email) within the statutory period and immediately return the items that you do not wish to keep to us at your cost (unless the goods were substitute goods which we selected for you). You must take reasonable care of the goods. If you cancel within the statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid concerning the goods, less any charges we may make for collecting the goods if you do not return them at your own cost.

Ordering replacement goods

If you want to order a replacement or exchange item, simply enter your details Inside the package, along with your Source of purchase. Alternatively, you can contact us through our website or call our Order line, but please don't do both or you may receive your order twice!

Price policy and Availability

Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents value for money. While we make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details and offer you the opportunity to either re­confirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we may treat the order as cancelled. The correct price will be confirmed to you in the advice note enclosed with the goods on delivery. If the correct price shown on your advice note is higher than the price displayed on the website at the time you placed your order, you may of course cancel the order and return the goods.
